Sales Operations Analyst

Role:

• This role will work on sales team support, sales administration, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• This position calls for someone with a good sales operational background who works proactively to drive results.
• This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity, and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Sales operation:

• Manage the Configure, Price, and Quote Process.
• Insights and reporting: Derive and communicate insights from large data sets.
• Generate insights from Salesforce data and dashboards for partners and sales teams.
• Handle/overcome order errors between the Order Team and Distributors.
• Handle Licenses and Entitlement Inventory inquiries.
• Liaise with the renewal team for license extensions or temporary license extensions etc.
• Independently with IT support to troubleshoot and resolve issues from pre- and post-order booking.
• Follow up on delivery status after the order is placed.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of relevant experience in a reporting environment.
• Experience in business or sales operations, analytics, or planning.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and demanding environment.
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams.
• Good knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com, particularly with Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) and Reporting system.
