About the Role:
Vouch is partnering with a renowned multinational company in the food industry to hire a dynamic Sales Operations Executive. This role focuses on supporting Sales, Planning, and Operations across the SEA region, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer requirements.
Purpose of the Position:
Provide comprehensive support across sales, planning, and operations to ensure smooth delivery, invoicing, supply chain matter and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics, production schedules, and transport capacity.
- Balance production with customer needs, optimizing the value chain.
- Address logistics and production deviations effectively.
- Initiate and develop new logistics solutions.
- Serve as the main liaison between SEA business units, Operations Planning, and Logistics.
- Coordinate with international teams (Europe) for shipping and order arrangements.
- Handle customer quality claims and work with international teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Forward planning for orders during peak seasons and holidays.
- Organize and manage chef demo events when required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Movex/M3 preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Resourceful, team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
