Summary
As a Sales Operations Manager at Pismo, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales operations function. This hands-on role will focus on supporting our sales leaders and teams through operational execution and improvement of sales processes, systems and data to drive growth and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows
- Manage our Sales CRM data to ensure data accuracy and effective usage
- Lead a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for sales regions with forecast reviews, pipeline analysis, and operational enhancements, etc.
- Drive operational excellence through best practice sharing and process adoption across the sales organization
- Operate as an agent of change, driving timely and effective communication to all cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports
- Provide tools, resources, and training to support and enable the sales team
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes and policies
- Ensure alignment between sales and other departments - e.g. Finance
- Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Support the sales team throughout the end-to-end commercial process
- Assist in streamlining the sales cycle and improving sales efficiency
- Provide insights based on data analysis to guide sales strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations; technology, Fintech, or B2B SaaS is helpful
- Proficiency in Sales CRM tools; bonus points for MS Dynamics
- Exceptional skills in sales analytics or other data tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with sales forecasting and planning methodologies
- Experience in proposal generation and contract management
