Our client, a well-known Japanese company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Japanese speaking Sales Planning Executive to join their team. This role will report to the Manager of the Sales Planning team and will assist on planning and executing strategies for the company.

Job Description:

Responsible for regional business planning and marketing strategies

Follow up on the progress of regional business achievement

Consolidate and prepare regional business progress report

Assist in Sales Forecast, responding to Sales Enquiries

Assist in executing the Action Plan (PDCA) of Sales Personnel

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent

Proficient in both English and Japanese (business level is required) as candidate will be required to communicate with counterparts in Japan HQ, make presentations and sit in meetings in Japanese.

Strong analytical & planning skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Access and Excel

Resourceful, meticulous, and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Salesforce/SNS Marketing/Cost Management and programming will be advantageous

Experience in sales planning and/or marketing for industrial industry preferred, candidate with no relevant experience but shows keen interest may apply
