Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the sales and program management of a multi-million-dollar automation equipment business, ensuring excellent customer fulfillment while meeting quality and cost goals.

  • Provide sales projections and forecasts.
  • Identify business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Identify and develop potential customers to increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Conduct sales calls, prepare and deliver product presentations, and manage the RFQ process.
  • Formalize quotations, submit to customers, and follow up.
  • Develop a sales strategy plan for business expansion and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
  • Provide leadership and organizational skills in coordinating activities across various teams.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and within the company.
  • Establish rapport and relationships with customers, offering excellent customer management services.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers regarding future projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in managing and developing local/overseas sales accounts in Automation, Semiconductor, or Consumer Electronics industries.
  • Relevant technical experience in manufacturing processes, automation, or semiconductor industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
