Main Duties & Responsibilities
. Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom
. Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
. Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers
. Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department
. Preparation of all documentation for delivery
. Manage showroom and test-drive cars
. In charge of showroom and pantry area
. Perform administrative duties

. Good organisation skill
. Good computer skills with Microsoft office and Salesforce would be an advantages
. Experience with hospitality and customer service would be an advantage
. Driving experience preferred
