Responsibility:- Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals;
- Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales;
- Maintain and develop each assigned customer with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve; Maintain good relationship with registry partners, e.g. .com, .org.;
- Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers;
- Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback;
- Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems;
- Work proactively, Comply with arrangements of superiors, and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.
- Qualifications:
- College degree or above, sales-related experience
- Applicants with more than 1 year of sales experience, and those with relevant experience in Internet sales are preferred;
- Have strong customer communication and negotiation skills, and skilled customer relationship mining and in-depth capabilities;
- Have good learning ability, execution ability, pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and patience;
- Have high enthusiasm for sales work and sufficient desire for high salary;
- Have fluent English & Chinese communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
