Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients at roadshows, assessing their financial needs to promote suitable credit card and loan products.
- Provide accurate information on product benefits, fees, and application requirements, guiding clients smoothly through the application process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, building rapport, and converting interactions into successful applications.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions, and report sales activities and client feedback to the sales manager for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Min. N-Level, 3 passes including Math.
- Willing to learn and achieve their monthly target.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to communicate Mandarin-speaking customers.
