Sales Representative (Photo Studio)

Mount Studio, a leading photography and videography studio in Singapore, is seeking a driven and outgoing Sales Representative (_Singaporeans only_) to join our growing team.

• In this role, you will:

Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Prepare accurate and timely quotations and invoices

• Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media

Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (photographers, videographers, crew, and management) and clients

• Timely handle and resolve client complaints

Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth studio operations

• We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

Strong customer service and negotiation skills to confidently close deals

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bonus points for:

Experience in the photography or videography industry

• A strong understanding of social media marketing
