The Role
Responsible for the sales and revenue growth of the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Practice in APAC and the management of relationships with all clients; developing and building a sales culture to drive integrated product sales and sharing best practices for sales and marketing
Oversee all activities to grow and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline that will attract new clients who operate across both APAC/International and all regions.
Foster a collaborative environment to maintain excellent partnerships with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues, particularly in our Work & Rewards line of business.
Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success associates to expand awareness of RDI capabilities in their assigned territories and client groups to stimulate additional sales and integrated selling opportunities.
Understand target market (including unique industry needs) to determine which strategies & intellectual capital can be used to attract new clients and foster revenue growth utilizing this strategy.
Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients, virtually and in-person when needed.
Act as an Account Manager for some current high level, challenging and more sophisticated GDA clients. Within assigned accounts, incumbent will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention of recurring revenue, and upselling opportunities for data & software
Initiate and support various Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
Raise awareness and increase sales of our Analytics & Design feature set within Compensation Software.
Raise awareness and increase sales of our Custom Data Analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
The Requirements
MBA preferred
5+ years Sales/ Business Growth Experience.
Objective setting: Member of RDI APAC Regional Team. Work with the RDI APAC/International leadership to set and achieve sales and growth objectives
Sales and growth plan development: Develops annual business sales and growth plans that identify objectives and priorities for the short to medium term, including target clients/ industries
Subject matter expertise, technical expertise: Be a resource for any complex or out-of-the-box client situations. Continually look for opportunities and areas of the business where practical and creative solutions will help to improve productivity and drive growth.
Collaboration: Work with other RDI regional business development and growth leaders and APAC/International W&R LOB practice leaders to leverage client relationships and drive growth
Build community: Builds a team of high performing associates committed to client satisfaction through excellence and continuous improvement
External perspective: Engage, partner and regularly solicit feedback from key clients to ensure quality of deliverables, client satisfaction of our products, service levels and sought areas for improvements in the development of new products.
