Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meet sales goals with the company's range of medical and non-medical products to various medical aesthetic and wellness establishments.

Their primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, render support and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge and Sales:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product range, benefits, and target clientele.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.
  • Identify potential clients within the target market, such as aesthetic clinics, medical spas, spas, and hair centers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.
  • Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

Operations and Customer Service:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
  • Offer after-sales support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.

Reporting:

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and customer feedback.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Education (Diploma and equivalent)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Business acumen and financial understanding
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM, sales tools)
  • Responsible and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure
