Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales of maintenance and service contracts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and targeted industries.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing service contract renewals.
- Develop customized proposals and contract terms that align with client needs and maximize value.
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries, providing customers with guidance on service options.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive strategies, and potential growth areas.
- Regularly gather and analyze competitor data to develop strategic insights and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Quotations and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts for maintenance services, core service relocation, and other service offerings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all customer interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer:
- Work closely with sales and service teams to share insights, transfer knowledge, and enhance team understanding of service offerings.
- Coordinate with customer care for preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service sales, account management, or a similar role within the technical services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage accounts effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market and competitor data.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
