Job Description

Sort out essential sales processes for core regions, systematically build up global sales process management mechanism and optimize overall sales efficiency

Optimize current process basing on current business development stage, learn from industry best practices to form solution proposals and push to landing

Normalize the operation of sales processes, continuously improve process efficiency and guarantee the practice in compliance with group requirements

Work closely with BI, CRM, and Sales teams to achieve systematic and digital management of the processes

Work closely with the business leader, design reasonable KPI target and effective commission policy

Requirement

More than 5 years of work experience, bachelor degree or above, English as the working language, open to global travel

Sales efficiency, process optimization related work experience, large multinational companies/consulting companies/Internet companies work experience is required

Capable of establishing standards and policies, proficient in Visio, project management tools, CRM system and other management tools, proficient in process management methodology

Clear logical thinking, able to maintain good communication with the corresponding departments, good business sensitivity and data analysis ability
