SALES SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talk to customers and recommend the best products for them
Give advice on how to use and apply products
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
Keep up to date with new product ranges
Monitor stock levels and re-order items
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products and communicate them to customers.
Attend product training sessions and consistently learn about new products to provide the most accurate and current recommendations to customers.
REQUIREMENT:

Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor or sales role
Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities to understand the customer's needs and preferences
Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and makeup products, as well as beauty trends and techniques
Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on the customer's skin type, skin tone, hair type, and personal style
Sales-driven attitude and proven ability to meet sales targets
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
