Sales Support Administrator (Part-time/Flexi)
Job Scope
- Check email and enquiries
- Make applications in MOM system
- Prepare contract
- Liaise with the overseas branch office to complete the sales process
- Generate invoice
- Keep track of expense records
- Assist in preparing training materials
- FB posting
- 5 - 6 days of 4-5 hours per day
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
- Meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Responsible
- Efficient
- CEI certified preferred, or willing to be certified
