Sales Support Administrator (Part-time/Flexi)

Job Scope

  • Check email and enquiries
  • Make applications in MOM system
  • Prepare contract
  • Liaise with the overseas branch office to complete the sales process
  • Generate invoice
  • Keep track of expense records
  • Assist in preparing training materials
  • FB posting
  • 5 - 6 days of 4-5 hours per day

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
  • Meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Responsible
  • Efficient
  • CEI certified preferred, or willing to be certified
