Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Job Description:
- Conduct validation and appointment exercises for channel administration.
- Manage debt recovery processes and prepare monthly updates for management.
- Oversee the Annual Fit & Proper Exercise and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including reviewing business submissions and managing advisers entitlements.
- Participate in projects and user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Degree and above.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and VBA;
- 2-3 related insurance industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Resourceful, independent, and able to work under pressure.
