Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Job Description:

  • Conduct validation and appointment exercises for channel administration.
  • Manage debt recovery processes and prepare monthly updates for management.
  • Oversee the Annual Fit & Proper Exercise and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including reviewing business submissions and managing advisers entitlements.
  • Participate in projects and user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Degree and above.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and VBA;
  • 2-3 related insurance industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Resourceful, independent, and able to work under pressure.
