Now, we're on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Sales Support Administrator to help us elevate our customer experience to new heights!

Your Role on Our Journey:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll be the reliable point of contact for our Sales team, providing the essential support they need to succeed. Your main task To ensure every sales process runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. Whether it's preparing contracts, managing data, or coordinating with other teams to address any issues, your role will be crucial in driving our team's success. You'll help keep our sales operations seamless, our data organized, and our commitment to excellence unwavering.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

  • Provide essential support to Lumens Group by handling a range of administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Prepare contracts for customers and assist them during the signing process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update customer data accurately and in an organized manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Prevent disputes by ensuring contracts and agreements are accurate and clear.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes to maintain operational standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Support or Administrative role, ideally within a sales-driven or customer-focused environment
  • A passion for supporting teams and interacting with people to create seamless workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to supporting the Sales team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
  • Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
