Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Issue quotations based on customers requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers.
  • Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
  • Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
To provide sales and service support to Ops, BD, warehouse and production
  • Provide administrative support for office-related tasks.
  • Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,
  • 00 - $4,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary

Work Location: In person
