Job Responsibilities:- Issue quotations based on customers requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers.- Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
To provide sales and service support to Ops, BD, warehouse and production- Provide administrative support for office-related tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
