Support Sales Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which include preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage.
Understand technical drawings and specification requirements.
Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering Discipline
Preferably some technical knowledge of BMS System
Good communication skills and able to speak English well
Well versed with Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, Powerpoint
Team player
Able to prioritizes, organized and multitasking
