The Sales Support Executive's role is to oversee day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with commercial managers, customers, and internal teams, and assist the Managing Director with development projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the team to ensure smooth sales operations and performance
- Follow up and coordinate sales activities from purchase orders to invoicing
- Monitor pending orders and provide status updates to customer
- Ensure effective resolution of inquiries or claims
- Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers
- Manage administrative tasks and coordinate with finance
- Assist the Managing Director with various development projects
- Conduct research to identify prospects and update customer database
- Participate in and drive digital marketing initiatives
- Assist and support the sales team to run campaigns
- Prepare reports and prepare meetings for the Managing Director
Requirements
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
