Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales operation including process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order, delivery order and issue invoices.
- Assist new and existing customers on their inquiries as well as provide after sales support.
- Work with key customer and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
- Render support to manager ensuring projects run according to plan and timeline.
- Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information when necessary.
- Generate and submit relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Attend online/offline product trainings arranged by the vendors.
Requirements:
- Candidate possesses 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department are welcome to apply.
- Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
- Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and build good rapport with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in MS Office
