Understand the requirement of customers for their direct and indirect MRO purchase enquiries.
Actively involve in sourcing, analysing purchase quotation, costing, negotiate the best commercial offer.
Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner. Take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
Process sales order, and follow through the sales processes.
Close communication with vendors and customers, develope long term relationship.
Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 1-2 years related experience
Fluent in communication, both oral and written
Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
Sound judgement and good business sense
Remuneration package commensurate with qualification & experience.
