Assist in generating, receiving and processing all potential sales leads for customers interested in business financing products
Respond promptly to customers and partners inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Liaise closely across Sales and Operations departments for smooth processing with relevant information and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide administrative support for collection efforts, which includes monitoring of loan accounts, following up with customers on payments via telephone calls, emails and other correspondences
Any other additional duties as assigned
What are we looking for
Experience in customer service - You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience as a Salesperson or Sales Support Executive
Good understanding of sales practices - You have strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Effective communicator - You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate to Management and all other stakeholders
Self-driven - You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and achieve individual / team targets
