Sales Support Executive

Job Description:

• Accurately create, manage, and maintain sales orders within the accounting system, ensuring all details are entered meticulously.
• Collaborate with various sales departments to ensure seamless order processing from start to finish.
• Monitor inventory levels to verify stock availability and proactively address potential shortages to meet order requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and promptly address any issues or inquiries.
• Maintain and organize all order-related documentation for quick retrieval and reference, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct uality checks to ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet company standards for fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in order processing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and present reports on order processing performance and key metrics to Senior Management and Heads of Departments.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the order processing system is up-to-date and functioning correctly address any technical issues that arise.
• Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder equivalent and above may apply.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Fast learner and proactive in daily tasks.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Pleasant and friendly personality, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a hands-on approach to tackle challenges.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Availability to start work immediately is an advantage.
