Job Description
What you will do
Pre-Sales
Conduct research on merchant brands to gather relevant information for the Sales team
Build Virtual Lounges (VL) based on standard requirements, including promotions or sets, signature items, and profiles of chefs/sommeliers
Set up Rewards Programs tailored to merchant's needs
After-Sales
Refine Virtual Lounges and Rewards Programs
Design and set up collaterals based on guidelines/templates
Liaise with vendors for printing and production of collaterals
Deploy marketing materials and hardware at restaurant locations
Set up and arrange delivery of hardware to restaurants
Who we're looking for
Highly disciplined, have a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed as a team
Ability to command an audience during deployments and training sessions at restaurant premises
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software
Meticulous and attention to details
Driven, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to support restaurant partners
Able to commit at least 3 months on a full-time basis
Eligibility to work or commit to an internship in Singapore as the company is not able to sponsor work visas for overseas candidates
