Job Description
. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
. Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /
Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).
. Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.
. Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /
Logistic / CBT).
. Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and
customer service.
. Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining
existing customer relationships.
Job Requirements

. Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
. Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement.
. Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.
. Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.
. General knowledge on excel format if any.
. Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry
