Sales Support Specialist [IT Services/Solutions/Immediate]

• Monthly Salary Range, Basic + Comm (SGD) $3,000 - $4,500

• Job Description:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding the use of Sage 300 ERP & CRM applications via phone, email and WhatsApp

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

Provide setup and implementations for projects

• Conduct User Trainings to new and existing customers, ensuring to clearly communicate the use of Sage 300 applications and clear any doubts

Work closely with the Support Team by assisting with projects

• Provide on-site and online demos

Prepare pitch decks, tenders and quotations, mock up data and guides to help the Sales Team

• Follow-up on sales leads and quotations

Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure Sales Team is on board

Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

• Work closely with the Sales Team in coordinating activities such as scheduling of user trainings, technical/software installations or other activities that will aid in developing opportunities and sales

Suggest sales process improvements

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and/or conferences on behalf of the Company to promote Sage 300 & ISV solutions as well as extend our corporate network
