As a Sales Coach specializing in sales coaching, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team in the Tiny House Rentals and Leasing industry. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive sales excellence and contribute to our company's growth.
Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs to equip our sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and case studies.
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales partners, focusing on improving sales techniques, client interactions, and closing deals.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including role-playing, simulations, and on-the-job training.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.- Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
Analyze training outcomes and provide reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and training methodologies.
Continuously refine training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales team and industry standards.- Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Collaborate with the HR department to integrate training initiatives with broader talent development strategies.
Proficient in both English and Chinese languages, adept in writing and delivering presentations in both simplified and traditional Chinese.
- Willingness to travel for work-related events and periodic stays at different sales offices.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Coach or Training Executive, preferably in House Rentals and Leasing industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques in House Rentals and Leasing industry.

Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
