Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, while ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will play a pivotal role in leading Salesforce projects and maintaining a key role in designing and developing the architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Project Leadership:

. Initiate, lead, and deliver Salesforce projects, including system design and architecture.

Quality Assurance:

. Perform independent code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Solution Development:

. Develop and design scalable and effective solutions on the Salesforce platform using relevant tools and technologies.

Public Sector Solutions:

. Experience in developing solutions for Public Sector organizations (PSS) using Salesforce technologies.

Omniscript and Omnistudio:

. Leverage Omniscript and Omnistudio for building dynamic, customized solutions.

Collaboration:

. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Knowledge:

. Experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.

Certifications:

. Salesforce Platform App Builder

. Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

. Salesforce Platform Developer I

. Salesforce Platform Developer II

Public Sector Solution (PSS):

. Proven expertise in delivering Salesforce solutions tailored for Public Sector organizations.

Omniscript & Omnistudio:

. Hands-on experience using Omniscript and Omnistudio to design and implement dynamic, customer-facing applications.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

. Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for ensuring the highest quality standards in deliverables.

Problem-Solving:

. Ability to analyse business requirements and design effective, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
