The Salesforce Enterprise Architect leads the practice pre-sales and delivery and supports the company's commercial operations through the successful planning, onboarding, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects in accordance with the VISEO Delivery Methodology (VisDM). He/she will be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects. He/she will solve the technical challenges associated with scaling the deployment and implementation.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications. This involves data modeling, automation, integrations with other systems, and overall architecture.
- Oversee data migration to Salesforce and ensure data quality.
- Manage different Salesforce environments (development, testing, production) and deployments.
Business Acumen:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Think strategically about the long-term vision for the Salesforce implementation and how it can support business goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Leadership:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Profile
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Engineering
- Must have minimum 8 years of Salesforce Hands-on experience with Development and solutioning
- Must have 2-3 years of Architect Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud),
- Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies,
- Data migration experience
- Good analysis and solution designing skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required
- Knowledge in Design thinking and Agile Methodology
- Open to travel and overseas posting
- Must have Salesforce Application Architect Certification and other Salesforce certifications.
- Familiar with Public Sector experience is plus point
