The Hair Stylist Assistant will provide support to the hair stylists, ensuring that the salon operations run smoothly and clients receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Greet clients, assist with preparation for appointments, and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit.
- Shampooing and Colouring : Assist stylists by shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients hair for cut and colour treatments and other works.
- Salon Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and organized, sweep hair after services, and maintain a tidy salon environment.
- Product Management: Refill and organize styling products and tools as needed.
- Assistance During Services: Hand tools and supplies to stylists during appointments and assist in various hair treatments as directed.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, responding to client inquiries and offering refreshments as needed.
- Appointment Support: Help with scheduling and maintaining an efficient flow of clients for appointments.
