Seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join my client. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions in the regional team. You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing complex business requirements, designing and configuring SAP FICO modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules as well as non-SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Expertise:
- Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
- Strong familiarity with consumer goods industry processes and inventory management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
SAP FICO Configuration:
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
Project Implementation:
- Active participation in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- System design and configuration
- Testing and quality assurance
- Go-live support and post-implementation support
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Client Relationship Management:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in consumer goods environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
