Sap Fico Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD), ensuring smooth system functionality.
• Work with clients to assess and recommend solutions based on scope, resolving open design issues as needed.
• Solve complex business problems within the scope of responsibility, requiring detailed evaluation of variable factors.
• Document configuration rationale and create functional specifications for all relevant developments.
• Develop and update Master Data Standards to support SAP modules and processes.
• Participate in full SDLC, including data gathering, analysis, and project design, with a strong focus on SAP FICO configuration.
• Implement project methodologies and ITIL processes to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in an SAP environment with at least 3-4 years in a consulting role.
• SAP Implementation: Involved in 2-3 full SAP FICO implementation cycles, especially in a consulting context.
• Communication Skills: Confident in presenting and communicating business-level solutions to MNC clients.
• Technical Skills: Experience in supporting testing, data migration, and drafting functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate SAP FICO with SAP MM and/or SD modules.
• Consulting Background: Prior experience working with various clients in a consulting capacity is essential.
• Additional Learning: Willingness to learn and deliver additional SAP modules.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project implementation experience with excellent knowledge of SAP FICO structures.
• ITIL process knowledge and experience in project implementation methodologies.
