We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team, specializing in HR modules. As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions for our HR systems. You will work closely with our HR team to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Must Have Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development in HR modules. Requirement gathering, preparing Function Scripts, business process, etc SAP Business/ Functional knowledge and Process flow of HRS and other modules like FI/CO/MM/SD/CS. Proficient in ABAP programming language Reports (Classical and Interactive using ALV's) and Data Dictionary Data Interfacing (BDC, LSMW, BAPI, IDocs and File Handling) from Legacy Systems to SAP Enhancements, OO ABAP, RFC Programming, BAPI, ALE/IDocs and ABAP Webdynpro Job Scheduling, OSS Notes Implementation, Module Pool Programming ABAP Web services and ABAP APO SAP Script Programming, Smart Forms, Debugging, Run Time Analysis, Performance Tuning SAP Hierarchy Diagram, SCAT Test Case, SAP Queries Interfacing using SAP DCOM Connector using VB Programming, Knowledge of SAP.Net Connector SAP Enterprise Portal experience. Should have Min 2 -3 End to End Implementation experience and support

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs for HR modules (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SAP HR systems Work with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP CRM) Provide guidance and solution expertise to support the functional and technical design/change. This includes working closely with the IT team leads to prepare the functional specifications and design documents and/or change request documents for approval Designs, develops and modifies programs, objects and processes to complete smaller projects as well as supporting larger complex projects. Manage the incident, problems as per the SLA requirements Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
