Job Description

To provide L1, L2, L3 support for SAP HANA

Requirements:

  • Database Incident management, Event Management, Outage Management & Service Request Management
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Support standard/non-standard Build activities
  • Provide Database support to RDBMS such as HANA Database
  • Supporting Backup & Recovery
  • Alert handling and optimization
  • Decommissioning of system/server as needed
