Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP HR Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SAP HR modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Training and Event Management (TEM). Additionally, experience with integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors is essential. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing HR solutions that enhance our business processes and ensure efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development and Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP HR solutions, focusing on OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
- Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements and optimize HR processes.
- Integration:
- Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR and other enterprise systems.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with HR regulations.
- Collaboration and Consultation:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and manage vendor developers.
- Code Review:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.
- Project Management:
- Manage SAP HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as single point of contact for all HR developers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in SAP HR development, including OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
- Proven experience with integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR ABAP programming and SAP HR configuration.
