Job Summary:
As an SAP-HR Functional Analyst, you will be part of our IT functional team, supporting and enhancing our SAP HR system to meet the business's evolving needs. You will receive training and exposure to SAP HR functionalities, focusing on testing, troubleshooting, and creating training materials. Additionally, you will work alongside our team on system investigations, issue resolution, and implementing system changes based on project requests. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience, from technical troubleshooting to solution design.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HR System Support and Testing:Learn the functional use of the SAP HR system and perform IT testing of various functionalities. Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Training Material Development:Use SAP Enable Now to create and update training materials for end-users. Work with the functional team to develop resources that support ongoing SAP HR training needs.
System Investigation and Troubleshooting: Assist in investigating and diagnosing reported issues within the SAP HR system. Shadow team members to understand the process of problem identification, impact assessment, and solutioning.
System Change Implementation: Participate in the project's Change Request (CR) process for SAP HR system modifications. Learn how to implement, document, and test changes under supervision. Assist in solution design tasks, gaining experience in designing system configurations and functional specifications.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong academic performance, particularly in IT and technical modules.
Technical Skills:
SAP HR Module: Prior exposure to SAP HR is beneficial, though not mandatory.
Programming Knowledge: Practical experience with programming languages and SQL is advantageous.
