Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the agreed-upon scope, timelines, and budget. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and changes.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, deliverables, and results.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Liaise with SAP consultants, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SAP implementations, S4 HANA
- Proven experience in managing multiple SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar software.
