SAP Signavio Business Analyst

Description:

Key Responsibilities
. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to SAP systems.
. Map, model, and analyze current business processes using Signavio and identify areas for optimization.
. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to design and implement process improvements and solutions.
. Use Signavio's process modelling tools to create visual representations of business processes, workflows, and data flows.
. Assist in the development of process documentation and user manuals, ensuring alignment with SAP functionality.
. Conduct training sessions to educate users on process changes and SAP functionality.
. Support SAP-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements.
. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs with SAP capabilities.
. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for business process management and SAP usage.
. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP and related business processes.

Qualifications
. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
. Strong experience in business process modelling and optimization using Signavio
. Deep understanding of SAP modules Sales & Distribution (SD)
. Proficiency in process mapping, workflow management, and data analysis tools.
. Experience in managing SAP implementation projects or working in SAP-focused environments.
. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
