Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect with extensive expertise in S/4HANA to lead our implementation, rollout projects across diverse region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations and the ability to drive a global rollout strategy in a complex, multi-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation:
- Architect and design the overall SAP S/4HANA solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Global Rollout Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global rollout strategy for S/4HANA across multiple countries.
- Ensure that the solution is scalable and adaptable to meet the diverse requirements of different regions.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the S/4HANA solution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior business leaders to communicate the vision, benefits, and progress of the S/4HANA implementation and rollout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and IT teams.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and others relevant to the industry.
- Having hands on experience in atleast one module of SAP preferably SAP FICO.
- Drive the technical architecture design, including system integration, data migration, and landscape optimization.
- Oversee the development of custom enhancements and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Strong business knowledge to advise on the customer on leading industry practice, validate the solution proposed by team members and advise the Client's senior IT team on landscape, architecture, cloud migration strategy etc.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Proven experience in leading S/4HANA greenfield implementations from blueprint to go-live.
- Demonstrated experience in global rollout projects, with a deep understanding of regional challenges and requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points.
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Logistics) is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication especially bilingual skills in Mandarin and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively.
