- Consistently deliver high-quality dishes within time expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sashimi Chef in a Japanese restaurant or fine dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of sashimi cutting and Japanese culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Culinary qualifications/certifications are an advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience in sushi or omakase.
