Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality sashimi using fresh, seasonal fish.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and precision in slicing.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and visually stunning sashimi dishes.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh ideas that attract and delight our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Engage with guests to share your passion for sashimi and enhance their dining experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sashimi Chef or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional knife skills and expertise in raw fish preparation.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and elevate our menu offerings.
  • Knowledge of various fish types and their optimal preparation methods.
