Job Scope:
. Procurement - procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.
. Student administration - Help to process applications for financial assistance and related schemes for students from low-income families.
. Finance matters - Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.
. Staff matters - Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.
. Record keeping - e.g. utilities and telecommuniations monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of contracts and agreements.
. Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.
. Attend to sick and injured students
. Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
. Attend to incoming parcels and school emails
. Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.
Requirements:
. Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when under stress.
. A pleasant personality and a team player with good inter-personal skills.
. An independent worker with initiative.
. Has an eye for details, and has good organisation and time management skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
. Relevant experience in school financial administration.
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (option to extend till 2026)
Salary: $2000/month
Working Arrangement:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
. Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
