This part-time teaching role involves contributing to and delivering modules from SOI's Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes, ().
These programmes may be offered during the daytime, evening, or weekends, depending on scheduling needs.
As part of your responsibilities, you may be involved in delivering and contributing to modules in the following areas:
Programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PWA)
Agile Software Development
Cybersecurity (e.g., Intrusion Detection, Ethical Hacking)
Financial Technology (e.g., Distributed Ledger Technology)
Cloud Infrastructure
Data Science
Internet of Things (IoT)
Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
Applicants should have a relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, with at least 3-5 years of industry experience.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is essential:
Programming/Scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL)
Agile Methodologies
Data Engineering, Visualization, and Analytics
Internet of Things (IoT)
Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence
Statistics
Other relevant areas (refer to ).
Applicants should also have:
A genuine passion for sharing knowledge and interacting with adult learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications and prior teaching experience (preferred)
