School Operations Manager (Operation/Dover)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Disciplinary Master / Mistress (Operation). As a key member of our school community, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Gross salary up to $3,350
• Location: Dover
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic educational setting
  

Key Responsibilities:

• First tier coverage in the event of manpower shortfall
• Responsible for all attendance, payroll and HR Admin matters including updating staff profile, incentives payment, on-boarding and off-boarding
• Administer HR related issues including employees concerns and disciplinary proceedings
• Review the processes and service offerings with a view to continually streamline and improve
  the workflow and processes, identifying potential gaps and suggesting solutions
• Participate in discussions with management team and subject matter experts to provide
  recommendations on enhancing service delivery and procedures.
• Achieve CSDS Silver and Gold certification or re-certification for all service functions
• Involved in project management planning and processes, which include manpower planning and resource management
• Tracking and registering of training courses for staff
• Exceed client's expectations and achieve to meet client's objectives and SLA
• Maintain long-term relationship with clients and partner
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in disciplinary investigation and management, emergency response, and crisis management
• Background in law enforcement (e.g., Singapore Police Force, Prisons, Central Narcotics Bureau) or similar roles in education institutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to develop IT skills
