As the Principal, you will lead one of our prestigious client's academic and administrative teams, fostering a positive environment where both students and teachers can excel. Your role will be to set a clear mission and vision for our campus, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of education.
Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Lead all academic and non-academic functions, setting and upholding the vision for our campus.
- Curriculum Excellence: Ensure the highest standards in teaching and learning by overseeing curriculum quality, supporting teachers, and implementing improvements where needed.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans, set goals, and evaluate staff performance to drive academic success and campus growth.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the leadership team on budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to meet campus needs.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient campus operations, including facilities, safety, IT, and maintenance.
- Team Development: Work closely with HR to recruit, train, and build a high-performing team of educators and support staff.
- Community Relations: Build positive relationships with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and addressing inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Educational Leadership: 10+ years in a leadership role within education, ideally with international school experience.
- Academic Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse curricula such as CBSE, Cambridge, or IB.
- Strategic and Financial Acumen: Skilled in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Strong Communication: Excellent ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
- Preferred Background: Experience in international schools, possibly outside of India, but now based out of Singapore.
