Location: Bukit Panjang
Working Hrs: 41hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
. Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff, parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
. Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.
. Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math Department (where applicable) and General Office.
. Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Qualifications:
. At least 3 GCE O level passes including English
. Good communication and inter-personal skills
. Good team player
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
. At least have 2 years of experience working in a school
environment
