  • JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a SCM Manager with excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to details. You will oversee the purchasing of raw materials to production, coordinate the movement of goods from contract manufacturers to customers, manage inventory and a large network of suppliers. The SCM Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of supply chain management and a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and transformation.

You will work closely with our Operations Director to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring high quality material for the company.
  • OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries
Protect image and reliability
  • Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices
Train employees, emphasizing guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and monitor Inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Plan production and ensure sufficient materials.
Obsolescence management.
  • Facilitate and manage stocktaking activities.
Manage shipping logistics.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on operational performance
Resolve any operational issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
A degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business management with at least 5 years in related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management in manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
  • Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Experience:
  • Manufacturing industry: 1 year (Preferred)
* Supply Chain/ Logistics Managment: 5 years (Preferred)
