Scrum Master

General Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for training the team and supporting the PO in the development process, and for creating a collaborative environment.

They build the project plan and drive the team to execute it, and their precise understanding of the requirements represents a strict delivery standard.They also need to ensure team performance (quality, productivity, predictability), manage risk, and remove barriers in the development process.In each cycle, they ensure delivery quality, review evaluation and production metrics, and provide measures for continuous improvement.

This is a challenging, demanding and rewarding position at the heart of our operations.Scrum masters need to understand what Agile really means and how incremental scrum-based delivery works in the real world.They also need to have a broad knowledge of development, from the entire development mission and development lifecycle to the various applications and platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the team practices scrum values and practices

2. Help the team reach its maximum potential

3. As the process leader of the team, communicate with key stakeholders of the project known as the product owner to determine related issues

4. Improve team cohesion and focus on business objectives

5. Help the team get the job done at the highest level

Requirements:

1. More than two years of experience in leading technical teams and customer communication,better to have multi nation company experience

2. Communicate well with others, both individually and as a team leader

3. Ensure compliance with Agile / Scrum philosophy and principles

4. Make decisive decisions when necessary

5. Be the voice of reason and authority within the team and be responsible for the team's deliverables

6. When risks, contradictions and other problems arise, they should be found in time and reported as required

7. Continue to cultivate and hone your practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum

8. Manage your own and your team's development, including tool and process knowledge

9. Understand the basic principles of software development processes and procedures

10. Keep the team focused on delivering quality products and benefiting customers

11. Fluent English skills is necessary and better to have Chinese skills.
