Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to COO & CEO.
- Answering and handle phone calls.
- Organising internal and external meetings.
- Organising travel and itineraries.
- Managing highly confidential correspondence and information.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with efficiency, flexibility and has excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
